Crystalsong Forest

The ground here rolls slightly, not enough to produce real hills or valleys but enough to keep it from being utterly flat. The crystals vary in size, from a few feet to hundreds of feet high, and from a small tree to a large house in width. Small streams flow here and there, probably where snowmelt has worn channels in the crystal, and a few waterfalls exist as well, when those streams reach the edge of one level and fall to the next. There are patches of gass along the water. Many of the crystals rise like trees, tall and straight, but others are wide and flat or slightly curved or tilted at some strange angle. It really is an entire land of crystal, as if something took an ordinary region and transformed everything within it.The only mortal creatures here are birds. They perch everywhere, flitting from crystal to crystal and singing as they go. The sound echoes, and the crystals resonate to it, amplifying notes and creating new melodies from several sources. The forest itself seems to be playing music. It’s lovely and in most places so soft one strains to hear it, but it never completely fades. Leader: Desert Dancer

Silverpine Forest

Silverpine Forest, or simply called Silverpine, is a vast, ancient wood. The land ranges from fairly flat to hilly, and is nestled among even taller mountains. The forest is eerily silent save for the occasional unnatural howling echoing among the trees. Mossy overhangs shiver in the cold breeze, this woodland is haunted and wild. Tall, silver-barked pines tower over grassy knolls. At night, mist creeps from the ground and mixes moonlight into dancing spirits. During the day the sun shines through enough to light most of the forest up. At night, the mists block out the starlight and only the moon can faintly light the pitch darkness.Leader: None

Deadwind Pass

This land is dead. The remaining trees are leafless and petrified, leeched of life. The wind smells foul and dead, and the lightning storms are nearly constant. Phantoms and demons move over the land, refusing to allow it any chance of healing itself. The weather is in one of two states: threatening to storm or stormy. This region is barren and devoid of any useful resources - herbs do not grow here, but there are a few small patchs of grass and streams running through, the grass and water are black but not poisonous so anything can eat it. The only wildlife to speak of are ravens and crows. There are vultures and wisp-like spirites, all of which are very aggressive and will attack on sight if they sense you are weak, some will even attack the strongest of creatures.Leader: None

Winterspring

Winterspring is a cold land consistently covered with snow and frost. Once above the clouds, the air is crisp and clean and the sun shines often when the snow is not falling. The trees of Winterspring were bent and twisted into odd positions. Many of the tree's massive roots are also exposed here, towering overhead like massive oak archways. Snow cats, bears, and other creatures of the wild are seen here on occasion, but only rarely due to the high altitude. It is a place of cold forests and rugged mountains.Leader: None
